Online session: from 08:00 the 22nd May to 20:30, 23rd May(30 hours non-stop).
Online sessions and streaming: from 8:00 to 20:00 (22nd May 2025) and from 09:00 to 20:30 (23rd May 2025).
- Registrations: from 30th January 2025 to 20th May 2025
Note that registrations to face-to-face session will end after completing the capacity of the hall, so every registered needs to indicate if they are assisting to Thursay, Friday or bothe sessions.
These registrations need to be combined with a 20 euros donation per session (Thursday or Friday) for the benefit of Spanish Health Communication Association (AECS), so those registered who decide to assist to one session will donate 20 euros, while, those who decide to assist to both sessions need to donate 40 euros.
The aim of these donation, as well as every income obtained by holding this conference, will be used to satisfy the goals indicated in the statutes of this non-profit organisation.

Poster format: it must presented during the celebration of the conference in the chosen area to do so.

- PUBLICATIONS IN REVISTA ESPAÑOLA DE COMUNICACIÓN EN SALUD (RECS).Authors that would like to publish their papers as a RECS journal article need to follow strictly the standards published in https://e-revistas.uc3m.es/index.php/RECS
- COMPLETED PAPERS PUBLICATIONS: Sending of the completed paper to be published in book format: until 15th May
