Oral presentations or in poster format that talk about any of the knowledge areas of the conference could be accepted.

One of the authors will need to be face-to-face or online the day and the time chosen to expose their presentation.

According to the excellence of this conference, the Scientific Comitee will implement a peer review to all the sent talks, doing a list of the chosen specific topics to be discussed during the conference. This list would be incremented if there were another interesting topic to be included and related to Health Communication. In that case, all the authors must send their talk to be evaluated and included, if the Scientific Comitee decided to do so.

Abstract template to send the communications.

Only communications adapted to the template indicated in the section “Design” section, “General Standards for communications” would be accepted.

  • Number of communication to present by author:

    Each author could present up to a maximum of 3 communications by author or co-author.

  • Number of authors by communication:

    Each communication can be signed up to a maximum of 4 authors.

  • Corresponding Author:

    For co-authored communication, the Corresponding Author must be underlined in the text and provide their contact details.

  • Publication of communications:

    Abstracts and complete texts can be published according to the section “General Standards for communications“.

  • Contribution to the conference:

    Each author must deposit the quantity of 60 euros to the Spanish Association of Health Communication (AECS) as a donation.

  • For some authors, each of them must deposit the corresponding donation, so as to be clear that they have made this communication.
